Katherine "Kathy" Lipowski is a main character in the Fox animated series TeenV. She is one of the six teenagers who are the focus of the show. Kathy is a goth teenage girl who is 14 years old, making her the youngest member of the teen group. She is voiced by Hynden Walch.

Kathy is a shy, moody, depressed, but sometimes sardonic, foul-mouthed, spoiled, selfish, and ill-tempered goth and emo teenage girl who is the youngest member of the group, being 14 years old. She often likes to be alone and listen to pop rock music. In the episode "The Best (or Worst) Teen", it is revealed that Kathy is extremely religious, sometimes to the point of fanaticism, and a devout Christian.

- Kathy is the TeenV counterpart of Leno Garza, who is the Gabriel Garza counterpart of Kathy.
- Kathy bears some resemblance to Lee Webb, a character from the 2008 Universal Studios animated movie Swapped, as both characters are goth and emo teenagers.
