Computeropolis: Adventures of Peri and Nicky (also known as Computeropolis: The Series) is an American computer-animated television series produced by Universal Animation Studios that aired on Cartoon Network from 2008 to 2014. Based on the Universal animated franchise of the same name, the series serves as a bridge between Computeropolis 2 (2007) and Computeropolis 3 (2010).
The series was originally intended to first air in March 2008, but it was delayed and officially premiered on Cartoon Network on June 5, 2008 and concluded with the seventh season on August 14, 2014. The series features most of the cast—Jesse McCartney, Sarah Silverman, Dan Fogler, David Hyde Pierce, Jodi Benson, and Jon Lovitz—reprising their roles from the first two Computeropolis films, while David Spade and Jennifer Tilly were replaced by J.P. Manoux and Grey DeLisle for the show, respectively.
Plot[]
Taking place between Computeropolis 2 and Computeropolis 3, Computeropolis: Adventures of Peri and Nicky follows the adventures of Peri Dazz, Nicky Kickzoo, Vinna Binz, Travis and the rest of the Desktop Component League (DCL) — Manager Marc, Commander Cindy, Notepad Ned, Painting Paula and Media Player Mike, set in the eponymous city. However, their life there is occasionally interrupted by attacks from villains, so Peri must occasionally team up with his gang to stop their plans, and all this happens during their daily life.
